Dr. Connie Gomez Orem is a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician who is currently practicing in San Diego, California. Her adventure in the medical field included a once in a lifetime chance encounter with Dr. Naomi Lawrence-Reid, who guided her discovery to a variety of opportunities outside of typical clinical medicine. Currently, she is working in correctional medicine and starting her own medical aesthetics business. Dr. Orem grew up in Southern California and attended UCLA where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychobiology. She completed her medical degree from the UC Irvine School of Medicine and residency training from Kaiser Permanente in Orange County.
