Dr. Kalie Dove-Maguire is an emergency medicine physician who is passionate about leveraging novel solutions to have a massive impact. Her career began with bench science and is rooted in population health and healthcare disparity research. While still practicing clinically, she devotes most of her time to developing technology solutions to tackle healthcare's thorny issues.

Dr. Dove-Maguire founded a company focused on physician identity and credential management, has consulted with a wide range of organizations including the World Health Organization, and taught herself how to write code so she could directly contribute to technology solutions. Her expertise in product development, clinical decision support, informatics, and clinical operations has been sought after by clients including IDEO and IBM, as well as investment groups, nonprofits, and startups.

Additionally, she is an active angel investor and startup advisor. Currently, Dr. Dove-Maguire leads product at Evidently, a healthcare AI company that makes healthcare data clinically actionable for clinicians and health systems, elevating care quality while reducing burnout. Prior to Evidently, she led the Electronic Health Record (EHR) product team at Carbon Health. Her team at Carbon was the first in the industry to incorporate LLM AI technology into daily charting for providers, nearly eliminating the need for manual note entry and allowing providers to focus on the patient in front of them instead of their screens.
